Calm stillness meets electric burst—an echo of our hyper-charged days. In an increasingly digital world that is supposedly more connected, alienation and divisiveness abound. This work is a small act of rebellion: a doorway back to clarity. A moment to breathe, reset, and come home to yourself. As mother to two young children, I strongly advocate for a time to disconnect & reboot.
The work uses the texture and tension created via liberal use of concrete upon which is mounted a cold wax and oil based ‘window’ to allude to the power of breaking through the trance of daily banalities- to seek healing and wellness.
